Refund & Cancellation Policy – Aruvi Spices

At Aruvi Spices, we take great care to deliver fresh, high-quality products to your doorstep.
Since our items are food-based and perishable, we have specific guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement — only if they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number immediately.

Note: Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2️⃣ Returns

As our products are food-grade, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The package was damaged or tampered with during delivery.

In such cases:

  1. Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.

3️⃣ Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and verify the returned product (if applicable).

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of delays, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or partially used spice packs.

  • Products purchased during special sales, combos, or promotions.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

4️⃣ Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, if you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

5️⃣ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items or damage:

  1. Take a photo/video of the package and items received.

  2. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours.

  3. We’ll investigate and resolve it quickly through replacement or refund.

6️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or UPI account again.

  • Then contact your card issuer or bank (it may take additional processing time).
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us.
